Shipping Policy

After your order has been processed you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking details. We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days, depending on the shipping address.

During warmer months we ship with cold packs and sometimes additional thermal wrap. Please ensure package can be picked up on the delivery day and is not sitting in the heat. Toffee and Popcorn are stored frozen and shipped frozen. They travel well even during the warmer months when it will thaw during transit. We recommend refreezing or refrigerating upon receipt for best taste and consistency. Our toffee and popcorn may be thawed and re-frozen multiple times without damaging the product.  

Holiday Shipping

Orders placed by December 14 will ship in time to arrive before Christmas. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed until after Christmas. Orders placed after December 20 will not ship until January. Thank you for understanding that we are a small business and processing orders as quickly as possible.
